About Our Company

Construction Site Services, LLC (CSS) at 3209 Cook Street, Paducah, KY 42003 and 552 SR 69 Hartford, KY was organized in 2002 at 190 Bank Circle Drive, P O Box 156, Dundee (Ohio County), KY 42338.  Dundee remains the legal home office.
In 2006, CSS became a Certified DBE (WBE) with the Kentucky DOT.   CSS is also in the Central Contractor Registry and is HUBZone certifed as of 2002.  During 2003-05, CSS successfully sub-contracted as a WBE company for projects meeting the responsiveness of WBE goals.  In 2005 CSS supplied materials and sub-contracted to DHS - U.S. Coast Guard-Miami project at Owensboro, KY and during 2006 was a WBE on contracts at  Fort Knox, KY along with other contracts in Kentucky and Georgia.  CSS also has sub-contracted certified payroll duties to help contractors with their WH-347 documentations.
On October 1, 2004, CSS became highly interested in becoming a full-line Ford Meter Box Company, Inc. distributor.  During the second half of 2005, our interest became reality as we became the newest Kentucky member to join the Ford Meter Box Company family of fine distributors.
In October 2005, CSS purchased a 6,000 square foot warehouse and half-acre storage lot at 3209 Cook Street, Paducah (McCracken county), KY 42003.  Since ownership, we have been striving to prepare the warehouse and office for walk-in customer business effective November 1.  Our intent was to stock as much as possible under roof and have a very manageable inventory to kickoff 2006.  As of 2009, We now have a very good pipe, valves, hydrants, and inside utility pipeline stock at Paducah.  As of November 1, 2006, we opened our satellite pipe, valves, and fittings yard at Hartford (Ohio County), Kentucky.  As of April, 2007, Hartford became our operations center for A/R and A/P and in August 2007, we turned ground on a new facility in Hartford.  As of February 2008, we moved into our new Hartford facility.  We want you to know how much we appreciate our welcome to Paducah and our welcome back to Ohio County.  We're happy to be able to service such an important industry through supply management solutions.  We also look forward to servicing other various utility needs with our future divisions of PSS (Pipe Supply Solutions) and MSS (Meter Systems Solutions).
