FORD'S Small snap clamps commonly known as "handy bands" or "patch clamps", along with the small diameter full-circle "wrap" repair clamps that fit both copper size and steel size from 3/4" thru 1-1/2".
FORD'S Bolted Coupling Systems (FC2A)- commonly known as dresser-type or transition couplings to fit PVC-SDR to C900-DR or Ductile iron.
FORD'S Ultra-Wide-Range Flex  (FC2W) Transition bolted couplings - A wide-ranged one-nominal size coupling system to transition-fit typical pipe coupling situations (nominal size on size) but different types of pipe.  CSS feels this is the most comprehensive wide-range bolted coupling on the market in the 4", 6", and 8" sizes.  These sizes will draw down to SDR-35 and up to A/C rough barrel.  CSS stocks 4", 6", 8", and 10".  The FC2W Ultra-Wide Flex CplgOne coupling fits all AND one gasket fits all.  Ford's FC2W comes with standard Buna-N gaskets for water, oil, or gas and high strength 5/8" diameter low allow steel bolts meeting the ASTM-A242 and AWWA C111 spec.  FC2W is available in longer length and optional stainless steel hardware for either lengths.
FORD'S UNIFLANGE RESTRAINT DEVICES for Mechanical Joints MJ, Blocking of Push-on pipe joints, and Flange adapters.  Ford's UL/FM - UFR series 1400 (takes the place of the MJ accessory pack for use on ductile only), UL/FM Series 1500 (takes the place of the MJ gland pack for use on plastic pipe C900-DR and their 1500 series for IPS-SDR.  <*>Series 1300 (FM Approved) (for use as a retro-fit device on plastic pipe PVC-SDR and C900-DR and is used in unison with the MJ accessory gland).  We would be happy to order the following FORD Block Buster Series #'s 1350 (Plastic pipe gasket bell restraint block device which is used during the pipe laying process (DOES NOT RETRO)on PVC-SDR and C900-DR18 gasket bells only) the #1360 (Retro-fits onto plastic fittings with limited sizes of PVC-SDR - 2-8"and C900-DR 4, 6, & 8"), the ..<*> #1390  has FM approval on 4, 6, and 8" (Retro-fits Plastic pipe gasket bells and works on PVC-IPS, PVC-C900 DR-18 and DR-14) along with FORD'S Restrained casing spacers for PVC & DI sized pipes.  ..<*>  FORD does offer the ductile iron use the 1300-C and 1390-C - the product # adds a "C" and we suggest you call to verify the applications.
FORD'S UNIFLANGE FLANGE ADAPTERS mate up to another flange and are made from ductile material (UL/FM 200, UL/FM 400, and 420 series are for metal pipes only) (900 series is for plastic pipes)- color coded for ductile iron pipe(red) or steel pipe (gray), and are used on the spigot or cut end of the connecting DI or steel pipe with a Standard MJ gasket or Transition MJ gasket.  The #200, #400, and #420 Adapter Flanges has set screws to screwdown and set onto the metal pipe(s).  The following Flange Adapter Series #'s are qualified by PSI ratings vs. sizes and the flange drill lb.pattern.  Series 200 is 150# drilled flange - rated  200 psi 2"-8".  Series 400 is 150# drilled flange - rated 250 psi on 2-12".  Series #420 is 250# drilled flange - rated at 400 psi 2-12".  To adapt PLASTIC PIPES such as PVC-SDR, Schedule 40 & 80, and C900-DR, the Series #900 is a 150# drilled flange and is pressure rated according to sizes.  The flange adapters are available with several options such as stainless set screws and various other rubber compounds for the gasket materials.  Please call for further information regarding these and any of our find FORD products.

AMERICAN FLOW CONTROL - CSS is very pleased to be the latest Kentucky distributor for American Flow Control products.  American (prior American Darling) is a division of American Cast Iron Pipe Company (ACIPCO).  Our stock inventory of fire hydrants, mechanical joint gate valves, and flanged gate valves will be arriving this summer.  CSS will also be stocking tthe double-cement-lined MJ fittings from their Brazil foundry.  CSS is very pleased to be one of the first waterworks oriented distributors to offer you the new C515 spec. gate valve.  Improved over the C509 spec, the C515 offers you the lighter yet stronger ductile iron body which meets and exceeds our competition.  Just like the informed Engineering of two decades ago accepted C153 lighter yet stronger ductile MJ fittings over the conventional C110, the same Engineers are applauding the new C515 specification on gate valves.  American marches forward as one of the first to discard their older molds with new molds manufacturing C515 products.  CSS is very pleased to offer you the same!
AMERICAN CAST IRON PIPE COMPANY (ACIPCO) - CSS is very pleased to become a distributor for ACIPCO ductile iron pipe.
MASTER METER - CSS is very pleased to become the newest member in the family of distributors of this progressive and high technology company.  Ask us about the Drive-By DIALOG 3-G AMR connection-free wireless meter reading program.  We just tested the 5/8x3/4 in a total water covered environment about 15" deep with a cast iron cover with great success.  Master Meter has their regular direct-read multi-jet meter line and has just introduced June'06 their "PD" positive displacement meter to enhance the product line.  Master Meter also has the INTERPRETER which will retrofit the MM 3-G Drive-By technology one-of-a-kind register onto many other manufacturers housing/casings.  This is a very economical way to begin your drive-by RF AMR DIALOG 3G meter reading system.
CARSON INDUSTRIES - Purchased by Old Castle in 2007 - National manufacturer of a broad line of plastic and cast iron water meter box systems including the Midstates box along with irrigation and cleanout boxes.  CSS is pleased to have in stock at both locations the black/white HDPE flared bottom meter boxes in 10x15x18depth  and 24"depth w/several types of ductile and cast iron covers.  CSS also stocks the black/white HDPE meter vaults that are designed after the concrete meter boxes that are so prevalent in western KY.  We stock in vaults the 10x15x12deep (5/8x3/4) ,11x18x18deep (1") w/ductile iron reader covers, 15x27x18deep (1 1/2") w/ductile iron reader covers, and 17x30x18deep (2") w/ductile iron reader covers.  We also stock the economical black plastic boxes in various sizes.
ENDOT - POLYETHELENE TUBING & PIPE-  Stocking 3/4", 1", 1-1/4", 1-1/2", and 2" CTS (coppertube size) EndoPoly PE3408 200# ultra-high molecular weight water service tubing in traditional black color and also in international color-coded blue.  The Endot EndoPure Blue is ASTM PE3408 / PE4710 life-time warranty product.  IPS available from CSS on special order.
