KATHY L. WEMHOENER  270-256-5422

 - GENERAL MANAGER of CSS and Manager of both Paducah and Hartford is Owner of Construction Site Services, LLC.  CSS was organized in 2002 with its home office at 190 Bank Circle Drive, P. O. Box 156, Dundee, KY 42338.  Kathy has over 27 years experience in the water/wastewater/sanitary sewer utility supply industry.  Beginning at the Bank of Fordsville in 1975,  Kathy was Cashier and performed financial bookkeeping and payroll.  From February 1977 thru September 1999, Kathy's water/wastewater industry experience consisted of working for the family business - Wemhoener Waterworks Supply of Fordsville, KY.  With the primary line being the Ford Meter Box Co., she did order/supply management, A/P-A/R, purchasing, etc , as well as financial bookkeeping and payroll.  From 2002-to date her experiences include sanitary sewer wet well and valve vault installations, material take-off services, supply management, certified WH347 services, and financial bookkeeping.  She has designed and supplied stainless steel vertical pipe supports for wet well and pump piping.  In 2007-'08, CSS supplied Johnson Controls, Inc. the entire city radio-read water meter change-out for the City of Harrodsburg, KY.  In 2007, CSS supplied the sanitary sewer pipeline materials for Bechtel National at the Bluegrass Army Depot Chemical Agent Pilot Project in Richmond, KY.  In 2006 CSS supplied the Fort Knox, Kentucky sanitary sewer rehab pilot project as DBE supplier to the contractor.   In 2005 CSS was a WBE supplier on the DHS - U.S. Coast Guard project in Owensboro, KY.  CSS also sub-contracted the wet-well and valve vault installation at the City of Hawesville, KY 2003-04 sanitary sewer extension and valve vault for the U.S. Coast Guard - Owensboro, KY.  She is certified AMR specialist with Master Meter, Inc. DIALOG 3-G radio read water meter program.  From 2001 thru 2005, she was employed by Triple M Land Farms, Inc. a permitted petroleum impacted commercial waste and wastewater disposal facility located in Franklin, KY and home officed in Dundee, KY.

BRYAN ROSS   270-256-2623

 - REGIONAL REPRESENTATIVE FOR CONTRACTOR SALES IN KY, IL, IN, TN.  Bryan started Ross Construction in the late 80's and specialized in the municipal underground utility pipeline installations.  Bryan has worked in Kentucky and Indiana on various utility jobs.  In the late 90's, the construction company began prefabrication of concrete utility structures for their own utility contracts and has migrated into the municipal market through wholesalers.  Bryan's reputation and knowledge of our industry is a resource to our customers.  Bryan joins CSS in several roles.  Bryan's intent is to help grow the company.  He services his territory for their supply needs and  to be a resource for the industry.  Bryan serves in an advisory role.  He welcomes any questions regarding his expertise in the municipal industry.  Bryan, and his wife Laura, reside in Hartford, KY.

REGIONAL MUNICIPAL SALES MANAGER - WESTERN KENTUCKY AND SOUTHERN INDIANA - joins CSS as of October 30, 2006.  John has 30 years experience in the waterworks/sanitary sewer industry.  Prior to joining CSS, John serviced western and central Kentucky and southern Indiana from February 1977  to October 2006 as sales representative for Wemhoener Waterworks Supply Company.   John's reputation and knowledge of our industry is a resource to our customers.  John joins CSS in dual roles.  He services Southern Indiana and Western & Central Kentucky for their supply needs and  to be a resource for the industry.  He welcomes any questions regarding the municipal industry.  John and his wife, Alice, reside in Fordsville, KY.

, ASSISTANT PADUCAH STORE MANAGER, of Benton, Kentucky has joined the CSS organization as Customer Service Rep for Western KY and NW Tennessee as of August 2006.  Tony comes to CSS with 5 years of background in waterworks supply and assistant management.  Tony has previous experience with underground waterworks and sanitary sewer supply houses and has experience with Ford Meter Box products as well as various pipeline and pipe products knowledge.  We look forward to his involvement and expertise in the utility supply industry as a benefit to our customers both on the road and at the Paducah warehouse and distribution center.  We welcome him to the CSS organization.  Tony resides in Benton, KY.

ALISON SALTZMAN - Hartford landeline 270-298-4545

 PURCHASING MANAGER & IT ADMINISTRATOR - Alison (as of Jan.2007) has 12 years experience with material and documentation in the Gas/Petrochemical field employed by Brown & Root (UK) Ltd.   She worked in the offshore industry representing various management teams. This involved purchasing, vendor, expediting, delivery dates, inventory control, engineering and vendor documentation, specifications, fabrication isometrics, as-builts, reprographics and costing.  During 1980 the company, with Alison's participation, upgraded to computers using Artemis and CEPSR program. Other areas include setting up a piping status for clients, identifying materials previously approved by Lloyds of London from overstocked materials. Working with inspection, ultrasonic radiographs, cut-outs and approved welds. Clients included - B.P., Amoco (UK), Total/Elf Norge and British Gas. Contracts varied from 9 to 24 months and included time at the London Office and other sites including Montrose, Scotland. Paris, France. Dordrecht, Holland. Stavanger, Norway. Peterhead, Scotland, Barrow-in Furness, Cumbria.
In 1989 Alison moved to Whitesville, Kentucky with her husband, Carl, and their three children. In 2000 she joined Wal-Mart working with the Perpetual  Inventory team. In 2002 she joined Ohio County School System as the computer technician at Fordsville Elementary.  
Alison's background in this field has given her a general knowledge of the mechanical process required to complete an oil or gas offshore facility from start to finish along with vast piping knowledge.  With over two years experience with CSs, we welcome Alison to CSS and to our Advisory Council and appreciate her expertise in inventory control and computer technologies as we progress into a multi-branch company with multiple divisions.

DAN WEMHOENER   270-256-9271

 joined CSS in April 2007 and has over 11 years of experience in water meter testing as well as seven years of experience with the daily aspects of a waterworks supply house.  Dan is KY PSC certified in testing procedures.   He will service the western half of Kentucky and the southern Illinois tier as a MASTER METER, INC DIALOG 3-G AMR water meter specialist with the MM connection-free RF drive-by system.  Dan will service southern Illinois as CSS' lead sales representative and will be headquartered atboth current locations of Paducah and Hartford, KY.
CSS welcomes Dan to our family of knowledgeable personnel and to our Advisory Council as he looks forward to being a resource to our utility department customers.  Dan resides in Fordsville, KY.

BRENDA HARDESTY - Hartford landline 270-298-4545

Administrative Manager, Brenda (as of March 2007) has 17 years experience in the waterworks/sanitary sewer system with a family-owned supply house. Prior to joining CSS  Brenda was involved with all aspects of  the waterworks daily schedule.  This has given Brenda a vast knowledge of the products that our customers use and  experience in the accounting process of office management.  Brenda heads our office operations center at the Hartford, KY location and is over A/R and A/P as well as overall office functions of both Paducah and Hartford.  We welcome Brenda to CSS. Brenda serves with both her experience in the industry and as an advisory council role for CSS.  Brenda resides in Dundee and has two daughters and two grandchildren.

ILLINOIS/INDIANA/KENTUCKY MASTER METER DIALOG 3G RADIO READ WATER METER SPECIALIST....   Joe joined CSS August 2008 and is the Territorial Manager of the
Radio operations for CSS.  Joe comes to CSS with a background in business management
from an international company and previously serviced the existing territory of Kentucky - Indiana - Illinois-- and beyond.
CSS & Master Meter offer continuous training to the radio program  inwhich Joe has extensive knowlege.  Joe and his family reside in Vienna, Illinois.

MATT HUNTER - 618-917-2149

Joined CSS in October 2009.  Matt will be headquartered from the Paducah CSS Pipe store and will service the municipal territories of Southern Illinois and Northwestern Tennessee and parts of west Kentucky.  Matt's experience was several years with peer competitors in the St. Louis area and military service to our country.  Matt and his family reside in Cadiz, KY.


SCOTT MAIDEN
 of Beaver Dam, KY joined CSS in July 2007.  Scott is headquartered at the Hartford facility and is over the warehousing and will oversee the new warehouse and distribution facility at Hartford.  Scott is also interning as a junior sales representative.  Scott travels between Paducah and Hartford and comes with a manufacturing background of 16 years with the wood/timber and furniture manufacturing industries.  CSS welcomes Scott to the waterworks industry and to CSS.  Scott and his wife Donna reside in McHenry, KY.

MARVIN HELTON 

of Benton, KY joined CSS in January 2008.  Marvin is headquartered at the Paducah
facility and is over the warehousing and deliveries.  Marvin comes to CSS with
warehousing background.  He and his family reside in Benton, KY.

LES LUTTRELL

 - Senior Project Executive with P. M. Construction of Jacksonville, FL has been in drainage, pipeline contracting, and sewer rehabilitation since the sixties.  Les has experience with local, state, and federal contracts as well as private entities.  In the mid-seventies, Les and his partner W.L. Grace of Paducah started G & L Pipe Engineering.  G&L pioneered the pipe bursting and slip-lining of sewer mains in western and central Kentucky.  G&L Pipe Engineering contracted in over 20 states.  In 2000, G&L and PM were purchased by Re-Pipe of Houston.  In 2007 Re-Pipe was purchased by Inland Pipe Rehabilitation.  Les is headquartered in Jacksonville, FL and travels between Florida and Kentucky.  We are very pleased to have Les as a resource to you and a valued member to our Advisory Council.

JIMMY MCSTOOTS

Jimmy McStoots of G&L Sewer Rehab has approximately 25 years of sewer rehabilitation
background.  Jimmy was a prior partner in G&L Pipe Engineering, worked for RePipe of
Jacksonville, FL for four years.  Jimmy moved back to Dundee, KY where he is now headquartered.  We are very pleased to have him as a resource to you.

Our Advisory Council's only function is to be a resource for our customers and industry.  The council is used as a think tank for CSS.  To improve our services to the utility industry, we strive to maintain a level of integrity through our knowledge base.   No advisory roles carry voting rights.  Questions are welcomed and we will certainly try to help.
